removal of 3' overhangs - (Sep/08/2006 )

Hi everyone

I did digestion of my plasmid with AatII (NEB) but I need to removal of 3' overhangs to form blut ends. I did the protocol of NEB´s klenow and then ligation, but i didn't get results. Someone have a suggestion?

Hi... i use "DNA Polymerase I, Large (Klenow) Fragment" from NEB and Removal of 3´ overhangs to form blunt end is an application of this enzyme.

try T4 DNA Polymerase from NEB. This might help.
