Inserting Introns - how? (Sep/04/2006 )

Hi,
I have never done anything like this before, but how does one insert introns into a gene?
I want to artificially increase intron length in yeast. How would this be done? Thanks so much.

Insert a intron sequence after the gene of interest. U could PCR amplify or cut it out of a different vector with appropriate sites.
