I think it iswith the farmula
Tm = 4 (G + C ) + 2( A + T )
where as G, C, A, T are total nucleotides in probe

And calculating this gets you down or is too much of a bother, there are oligocalculators on the Net. Do a google search to find them.

i guess the formula does not fits into the calculation of 637 bp probe
