Hello every body I am doing IP and i found that my beads are unable to bind Ab. what can be problem?

Did you check that the IgG and the proteinA or G taht you are usiong is able to bind this kind of IgGs?

information are to poor to evaluate, however... do you really use IgG (or IgM)? Try to increase ionic strength (>>50 mM NaCl) during incubation; prefer rocking your incubation O.N. at 4°C instead of RT for 1-2h;
