Thanks Fred_33 for reply, What I need is an effecient and relevant method for routine diagnostic testing of HSV and CMV from clinical samples with detailed procedures and it would be very good if it is by conventional PCR since we dont have Real Time PCR or other Automated PCR methods. So we need an applicable method well standarized and used in many laboratories so we can adopt it in our laboratory. Your response would be highly appreciated
