hi, I am doing the research on the surface protein labeling (biotinylation method --- pierce),
can anyone point out some important notes for me when i am doing the experiments, thanks

You are researching the technique?? What do you mean by important notes? It's a straight forward technique overall.

applying manufacturer´s advice should work; do you plan something special?

Pierce's tips that come with the protocol are generally quite reliable; if you read through the entire protocol, including any troubleshooting tips, then you should be OK
