anyone worked with fish tissue culture? - (Aug/25/2006 )

just looking for pointers from experienced fish tissue culturists... i'm currently working with CHSE-214, BF-2 and RTG-2...

Usually use an incubator at 25 degrees C and medium typically L-15 with 10% FCS. Can trypsinize, but can be difficult to get off sometimes. Cells can grow at colder temperatures, but will grow slower.
