myoblast - how to do it? (Mar/08/2002 )

I want to culture the  chicken myoblast,but I don't know how to digest the cells from the skeletal muscle tissue(pronase or trypsin, how long,) I 've done 2 times, but I got very little myoblast cell (if they are),most of them are blood cells or fiberblast cell. Another question is how to seperate the fiberblast from the myoblast?I know the former is easier stick to the bottom of the petri dish than myoblast,but I don't know the details(time,trypsin concentrition et al)
