Fibroblast cell line - (Aug/23/2006 )

Hi, I am looking for a fibroblast cell line (either human or mouse) that has a high transfection efficiency (>95%). Any recommendations?

For that rate, you may have to use high dosages of adenovirus. I know BHK21 is very easy to transfect, but that is from hamster. NIH 3T3 is not that easy to transfect and is highly reagent dependent. I dont recall any human lines that is easy to transfect.
