Centrifuge cell at room temperature? - (Jul/17/2001 )

I was wondering if it is necessary for cell culture to have acentrifuge with temperature settings. Would it be possible to spin down cells just at room temperature.

You can spin cells at room temperature at 100-200g for 10 minutes
