Multi-labeling for confocal - (Aug/08/2006 )

Dear friends,

I have a question about multi-labelling for confocal: can I use pacific blue, EGFP or FITC and Cy3 for multi-labelling at the same time? Thanks a lot!

I have used EGFP and cy3 in confocal, but not sure pacific blue-need to check the filter (u could if the respective filter is present in the microscope).

Check out the spectra at Molecular Probes, you should be able to overlay all their spectra
