cell viability/toxicity - (May/03/2001 )

I am interested in studyiny bacterial toxin(& antitoxin attenuation)effects in an eye model. first, I would like to study these effects in a cell culture model. can anyone suggest an assay I could use to study retinal pigment epithelial cells?

Thanks,

I'm a first term graduateso I 'm beginner.but I know about the article you need.

neuroscience vol.89, no.2 , pp.579-591, 1999ciliary neurotrophic factor is an axogenesis factor for retinal ganglion cells.

this articles has the method of " purification of retinal ganglionic cells(immunopanning)"

good luck to you

let me know if you come to know the better protocols

from korea univ.
