How long and how fast should a solution be centrifuged to obtain a pellet of epithilial cells.

The standard method I use (for connective tissue cells, primary and transformed) is 5 to 10 minutes at 180g.

I would expect this to work for epithelial cells too

i use 400g for 5 mins
