dHPLC vs HPLC - information on these systems (Jul/30/2006 )

i am going to make notes on dHPLC. I know that dHPLC and HPLC has the same function (separating fragments). i just want to know how these 2 system works differently...

Secondly, i am going to attend demo for dHPLC. i want to know the fundamental of this technique
