frozen tissue prep for IHC and westerns - (Jul/16/2006 )

Is anyone aware of a good method for colection of frozen tissue for IHC and western. I would like to store the tissue in one 'format' which would be acceptable for subsequent IHC or western work.

We store our frozen sections or tissue (brain) for IHC in -80C and then use them as needed.

I am not sure abt storage of tissues for WB.
