Cell wall stain - (Sep/06/2001 )

I want to know the cell wall regeneration of protoplast of seaweed. Does any one have any protocls for this?

Have u tried by staining the protoplasts with Calcofluor White (Tinopol)which binds with cellulose when the cellwall is regenerated.
