Tetramers - (Jul/14/2006 )

Hello,

I have just joined the field of Immunology, and I am expected to do tetramer staining, of which I have no experience. Proimmune is the only supplier I have come across for tetramers. Does anybody know of any other suppliers?

Thanks.

I am a bit hesistant to use dextramers because I read that they are reversible. So I feel they may not bind with strong affinity?

Sorry, I am getting confused with Streptamers. Thanks for the information. I'll go and check it up.
