recommendation on mitochondria matrix protein antibody? - (Jul/06/2006 )

I'm looking for antibodies specific for mitochondria matrix proteins for mitochondria morphology study (good for immunofluorescence staining).

Invitrogen (Molecular Probes) offers several antibodies for pyruvate dehydrogenase (E1, E2 and E2 subunit). In my hand, antibody against PDH E2 subunit is not good for immunofluorescence staining.

Any suggestions?? Anyone there is also using good antibodies for mitochondria inner membrane proteins?

We r planning to use GFP tagged with a mitochondrial targeting sequence to analyse mitochondrial morphology and transport. Its available in the market. Its quite easy to detect and track mitochondria.
