Show Gene pathway - a computative program - (Jul/02/2006 )

Hi All:

Someone show me this great programme which can list out all the gene of my interest and genes which they interact ... this can save us lot of time from finding what gene is related to what and literture reviews. Do any of you know where I can download a programs like that?

There is http://www.genomatix.de/news/press2002.html, but i'm not sure how good it is.

I've used http://www.123genomics.com/files/pathway.html GenNet is a good database.
