thermal sensitivity? - (Jul/02/2006 )

Hi all,

I am trying to find out what could be the protein with the lowest stability (the one the most easily thermaly destroyed) in cancer regulation. I know it depends on particular cancer etc but just wanted your opinion what would be the easiest way to attack cancer gene expression via increased temperature.

you couldn't use a thermic traitement in this case.
use bidimontional protein electropheris and use non infected cancer cell protein as your tester
