hello all,

i am new in animal cell culture

i need murine breast tumor model to study, immunogenicity of anti tumor formulations
Is it O.K. , If i use C 1271 mammary tumor cell to induce tumor in BALB/c mice.

can i measure dimensions of the so induced tumor, in above CASE ( IT would be
helpful to me , as i can use tumor size as ,one of the parameter to access
vaccine efficacy).

similarly also suggest few tumor cell for BALB/c mice , which when injected

induce solid tumor in BALB/c mice.
