inducation with lamda CE6 - (Jun/28/2006 )

Its necessary that when transforamtion in non-DE3 competent cell you have to induce the cell with lamda CE6 cell. I want to ask for inducation with lamda CE6 you have to grow the culture in NZY broth or you canjust grow in simple LB media.

Lambda infects cells which are expressing the maltose binding protein, and has Mg++ as a cofactor. You should culture cells to be infected in a magnesium containing medium with maltose as the carbon source.
