Repetive sequence - (Jun/21/2006 )

Dear Forumers,
I am trying to look at repetitive sequence of virus (EBV) genome. Can anyone suggest me a good software which allow mw to analyse the repetitive sequence of genome.

What exact analyses do you want to do with them? Compare them to others, find secondary structures?

Have a look at miropeats, it provides good graphical representations of repeats....
