storage of oligo dT and primer - storage condition (Jun/21/2006 )

hi members
can anyone tell me in what temprature degree can i store my working solution of primers and oligo dT?
can i store in -20 c or 4 C is good to avoid multiple freezing-thawing and in turn avoid degradation.

-20 is the best. You can aliquot them so that you don't have to freezze-thaw too many times

agree with dnafactory. I usually make a new working solution after I have frozen/thawed 3 times.
