qPCR Efficiencies over 100% - Looking for references (Jun/16/2006 )

Hi. Does anyone know any references for information regarding amplification efficiencies over 100%? I am trying to find some information on what cutt-off's can be used for significant results. I had heard that if your efficiency is between 90-105% you may use the delta-delta Ct method, as long as your GOI's are within 5% of each other, but I need to find a reference citing for this.
