DNA Elution from Blotting paper - (Jun/16/2006 )

Hi,
I have got one plasmid DNA sample shipped as spotted on a blotting paper. Can anyone let me know how to elute the DNA from blotting paer?

Cut out the blot paper, place into eppendorf tube and add 100ul of tris/TE. Leave it overnight in 4C and then use 1ul of it to transform.
