coating microwell plates with collagen - (Jun/15/2006 )

hello all,
i saw the posts on coating microwell plates with collagen, rthey were very useful.i now want to coat microwell plates with collagen.can u explain specifically on how to coat 96-well microtitre plates(the ones used in microtiter plate readers for flourescent measurements) with collagen so that cells can be seeded on the wells?are there any protocols specifically for micro titer plates?if u have information on this please let me know. thanks a lot.

You can use the same protocol for coating larger plates and scale down proportionally to the surface area of each well in a 96-well plate.
