How can i make slides from frozen samples for IHC - (Jun/15/2006 )

Hi i want to do IHC but i dont know how to make slides with tissues.i know how to wah and do other steps

I used to fix the tissues, dehydrate them and freeze them. Later I make cryosections and then do IHC on the slices.

I'm sorry, I don't get it. What exactly do you want to know??? Is it the preparation of the sample, the cryosections or the IHC itself???
