Gene synthesising - (Jun/13/2006 )
Hello
I am synthesizing a eukaryotic gene as 320 bp and I was wondering if anybody has synthesized any eukaryotic genes so far? I do need some helps in order to design the fragments and flanked enzyme sites. I do appreciate any help.

I believe now you can have your sequence synthesized even as long as 10 kb, by some companies. its easier that way if you can afford it . Its about $1.5 per base pair. Do a search see if you can find one.
