cell death pathways, how many? - and their basic differences.... (Jun/08/2006 )

so im writting my paper....and decided besides searching the web, search here also... tongue.gif ....
i start:
1-apoptosis: occurs in the nucleus, ATP constant, cyt c release, activation of caspases.
2-autophagy: autophasomes. (depletion of ATP?)
3-necrosis: ATP depletion.....
4-neurite degeneration: caspase independant, ATP loss.
please add......and explain more.
