Hi,

Can anyone out there tell me how long primary human monocytes last in culture?

Also, if I differentiate these primary human monocytes into macrophages
with M-CSF, how long can the differentiated macrophages be passaged in culture?

You can try using PMA that help to differentiate these primary human monocytes into macrophages. Human monocytes include PBMC or THP-1 cell lines.
