RNA extraction from cells grown in matrigel - (May/26/2006 )
Hi all,
I need to extract RNA from cells grown in matrigel.
Usually, I use Trizol to extract RNA from cells cultured in classic plates and I would like to use it for that new purpose too. I am tempted to add Trizol directly in the matrigel coated wells and extract RNA as usual...
What do you think ?
