MacVector PC-equivalent? - (May/12/2006 )

The topic includes already my question...is there a good (preferably freeware) software like macvector for windows?

Maybe VectorNTI? There are versions for both Mac and PC. And as far as I know Invitrogen was offering it as freeware for some time.
Good Luck!

Hi once again. If you need program for alignments (your other post) I could recommend BioEdit. It has some bugs but is pretty reliable.
Have a good weekend.

Try BioInfoMan at http://bioinfoman.com. It can be used on PC and Mac. It is free.
