Hi all
do I need to sterilize 0.9% NaCl???
i want to use this solution to suspend colony from plate
if i need to sterilize this solution what should I use?? filter sterilization or autoclaveing???

yes you should sterilize your solution.

you can use either method but preference should be filtration. autoclave can carry contaminants and filtration is faster.
