need cDNA synthesis protocol - urgent (May/01/2006 )

I just did a trizol extraction, and have a ton of mRNA frozen in a tube. I isolated it from adult mouse brain. Now I am looking for a way to convert them to cDNA. Any protocols would be appreciated.

you will get a ton of protocols if you click the "POL home" button at the top of the page, and type "cdna synthesis" into the search box...occasionally one of the links is dead, but usually they're good...you can get many protocols and pick and choose

I guess i was hoping for a protocol that uses items that we already have. Namely, oligo dt and amv-rt.

this might be a dumb question, but didn't you get a protocol with the package insert for the amv?

if not, you should be able to go to the manufacturer's website and download the protocol appropriate for that enzyme
