Hi Sir,Could you please give me a standard protocol of Indirect Fluorescent Antibody (IFA) ASAP. I did this assay in a 24-well plate and I got pictures from this stuff. But when I did the same assay in Chamber Slide I got very bad pictures.Thanks.
