Hi, could anybody direct me to reference or web site that describes the proper growth conditions for T cell line (stimulation, rest and media supplements)Thanks.

Why won't you try going to the website of the supplier?  They usually provide you with such info.

growing Thp1 cells, i use RPMI 1640 medium (425ml)supplimented with 10% FCS(10ml), 1%pen/strip optional(5ml,50Unit/ml), 15ml Hepes (30mM) and 5ml L-glutamine
