Hi.Has anyone done transfection of P815 cell line and human and monkey PHA blasts of PBMCs. If yes can you share your detailed protocols with me.thanks in advance.Devesh

I'm actually contacting you now to ask you if you have gotten a protocol that I can use if you don't mind.

I'm trying to transfect P815 cell line and I can't find a protocol anywhere.
Do you mind sharing the protocol with me if you have one?
