how to build a stable transfection in a suspension cell - (Apr/16/2006 )

hi,
I have obtained the cell line 721.211, a suspension cell line. thanks a lot!
Now, I want to ask for help how to build a stable transfection in the cell line? Have any one done such experiment? would you mind provide me your protocol? Which one is better for the cell line, electrical transfection or transfeciton reagent, such as lipofectamine?

i don't know what i sbetter for this cell line, but you'll gonna find some lipofectamine transfection procedures on the forum.
