unexpected bands on MSP - (Apr/11/2006 )

Hi,
I am sorry to ask for help again about MSP. I designed the MSP primers with Methprimer.I could get the bands that I want. But i also get my band with the water and genesome DNA that is not modified by bisulfite sodium. What is wrong? Is there something wrong with my primer or there is contaminantion of my pcr reagent.Thank you very much in advance.

Needless to say, this is a contamination issue. Discard everything you have and start over from scratch.

I found i could get a band from DNA without bisulfite treated .For i get the pcr products for sequence and found the the "C" s are not converted into "T",just the same with the starting DNA.However,I can find the primer for MSP designing from Methprimer.Idon't know why,for i had pre-treated the DNA with sodium bisulfite.
