how do i isolate iDC from murine PBMC's - (Apr/10/2006 )

Hi All,
This is my first post on here. I have no experience with this type of protocol and I am seeking a protocol to accomplish this. My boss would like me to isolate immature DC from murine PBMC's. I have looked all over the internet to try and find a clear, step by step protocol but have not found anything as of yet. I hope someone here can point me in the correct direction. Thanks for the link. . my boss would like them isolated from PBMC so we don't have to sac the animals. I did find some info on PBMC isolation but only a partial protocol. As I mentioned I know nothing about this so I was hoping for a step by step explantation/protocol or a link to one on the web somewhere.
