HELP! Background in ChIP assay - (Apr/05/2006 )

I have been trying to remove residual background from ChIP experiments for a while now. I have tried multiple washes after IP. I have been getting equal PCR products in my mock IPs and antibody samples.

Please if anyone has any suggestions, help me out.

Have you tried pre-blocking your agarose beads. If not, please read this thread
