how do initiation alpinia galanga (plant culture)? - plant biotechnology (Apr/03/2006 )

hai my name is gerry, i'm a college student in indonesia, i have take the topic initiation of alpinia galanga, i have some trouble, my culture was infected by fungal, and my explan was not grow , i don't where the mistakes come from, i sterilized the explant(*buds from rhizome) with NaClO 2,5 (10-15 minutes) % was it not enough?, is there any procedure that i missed ,or my explant is not correct, what is the suitable media for my culture( i have used ms with BA and kinetin),plez help me i have done that experiment since september last year, tengkyu ( i'm sorry if my english bad)
