Does exists diference between the memory cells derivedfrom different illnesses and could this explain why the inmunity for memory cells vary from a illness to other.

For raising antibodies against monosaccharide, do i have to useany special adjuvant or conjugation technique.

Dr. Bachawat has done some great work in anti-saccharide antibody responses. You could search his articles in Ind. J. Biochem. & Biophys.I feel, it's better to conjugate the sugars with KLH and select anti-glycan antibody responders.Or, Conjugation of glycans via reductive amination to PE and hooking them to liposomes is the best method for anti-glycan IgG response.
