cell cycle data normalization - (Mar/30/2006 )

Dear all,

I want to normalize my cell cycle data (in order to get all G1/G2 peaks from different samples to the same point), but I did not find a possibility to do that. Does anybody know s.th.? I am working with cell quest and now also started with FlowJo. Or is it only possible when aquiring the data?

Hi Dinah,
We are also doing cell cycle experiment , you can normalized its by sellecting appropriate controll, like Normal samples (Like + controll and - controll)and compaire its with their sample using any software or manually analysis. We are using Modfit for cell cycle data analysis
