how to get poly(A) tailed microRNA - (Mar/28/2006 )

could you give me a protocol to tail microRNA with poly(A). I am very appreciated for your kindly help.

I use PAP from ambion, and you can a protocol from its webpgae as reference: http://www.ambion.com/techlib/prot/bp_1350.pdf

I also found some labs uisng PAP from Takara, while I have not found their protocol from web.
