Molecular biology with Bacillus subtilis - (Mar/25/2006 )

I am currently setting up Bacillus subtilis molecular biology and search for protocols to efficiently:
i. transform plasmids and ii. create knock-out strains.

Furthermore are there stable vectors for protein expression in Bacillus subtilis (best would be a shuttle vector usable for cloning in E.coli)?

Do you test the plasmid pHT3101

It has an replication origin in E coli and Bacillus.
