co-transfection in NRK cells - (Mar/24/2006 )

Does anyone know how to get high co-transfection efficiencies in NRk and/or NRK-49F cells?

dilute the transfection agent and your plasmids with smaller volume of serum-free medium and prolong the incubation time before adding the complete cultrue medium.i think this will work.good luck.
