I am a doctorate student in Oncology Institute. I study routinely RT-PCR on AML patients. If you have could you please send primer design for detect PML-RAR. I tried for designing but I can't do it. Because there is three breakpoint region. Thank you for your reply...

I have noticed on a few occasions that sometimes new people are confused about how to launch a new topic..or perhaps she is afraid colleagues will see her post and guess who she is?

She must really search in pubmed because I know alaboratory who make routinely RT-PCR on APL (detect PML-RARa)... he have published.
I suffer from this AML so ...
