Primer design with incomplete sequence - (Mar/16/2006 )

Hi all:

I am Trying to design primer to the gen 11-beta-hydroxylase, lamentably the sequence is incomplete, is possible design it with a incomplete sequence ?, can you help me?.

i would suggest you to do an internal primer in order to sequence the end of the interested area and do the needed primer.
